2013-01-25 11.02.21This Fridays most aggressive rider award goes to Gardner.  He was all about the attack but kept striking out on red lights.  Gardner did get the sprint to the first coffee.  Beautiful sunrise and another Ben Horin sighting today too.  Good to see Jeri back.  Look it’s Juanito too!!

Warm morning at 65ish. About 30 riders, great turnout, fun ride.  Tempe group met up with Ahwatukee group on college, weird   Ahwatukee group took a different route.  Some of south Tempe went straight and the Ahwatukee group missed the Hoss’ house turnoff, so there was a huge group at 5th and Mill.  Good times!

Brrr..   I don’t know how Juan starts these cold mornings with no warmers, no gloves.  Cpt. Kirk was there with his costume, everyone else forgot or didn’t have one. Good to have Bennett back on a ride. Happy 10yr Anniversary.

Perfect weather!!  Cool, but not too cold.  Garret and his good looking stoker came out on the tandem!  Poor Highly got a flat on Washington at the get go.  Clint hammered hard on hill 1 driven by Strava ambitions.  The Castle and hill 3 were repaved!! nice and smooth, but hard to tell where a good line is with all the new road paving gravel.  With Chalmers on his mtn. bike, the sprint was ripe for the picking!!
